Reform of the MSEC: new approaches to establishing disability from January 1, 2025

The National Assembly of Persons with Disabilities of Ukraine invites you to join an online meeting dedicated to the reform of the Medical and Social Expert Commission (MSEC) and the introduction of a new concept for assessing the daily functioning of a person, new criteria for establishing disability.  

Speakers:

Dmytro Lufer - Advisor to the Prime Minister of Ukraine on Healthcare and Social Policy, Team Leader of the MSEC Reform Team of the Rehabilitation in Ukraine (Rehab4U) project.

Alla Boyko - Head of Rehabilitation Inclusion at Rehabilitation in Ukraine (Rehab4U).

We invite people with disabilities, representatives of public organizations, specialists in the field of rehabilitation, social protection and health care, representatives of state and local governments, and all interested parties.

Date: December 13, 2024 (Friday)

Time: 11:00 (Kyiv time)

The participants will be connected at 10:50 a.m.

Format: Online, the ZOOM platform for via link

Sign language interpretation will be provided.

Registration will take approximately 2-3 minutes. 

The meeting was organized as part of the Rehabilitation in Ukraine (Rehab4U) project. The project develops high-quality, sustainable physical rehabilitation services at all levels of care in the healthcare system.
