We are pleased to provide a regular review of the innovations in Ukrainian legislation that took place in December 2025 and the first half of January 2026.
These include the main areas of funding and support for people with disabilities set out in the state budget for this year; amendments to the law on the right of people with disabilities to work; draft laws on travel benefits and social assistance for children with disabilities.
It also includes information on the work on the draft Labor Code and the Code on the Protection of Statehood, Independence and Status of Defenders of the State; changes to the Procedure for Providing People with Disabilities with Assistive Rehabilitation Devices, as well as a number of government decisions that directly affect the lives and well-being of people with disabilities.
