On August 27, 2026, the National Assembly of People with Disabilities of Ukraine invites representatives of vocational education institutions, partners, and everyone working on the development of inclusive education to join the final event of the project "Inclusive Vocational Education: Improving Education for Veterans and People with Disabilities."
The event will be a platform for summarizing the project, sharing practical experience, and discussing solutions that help vocational education institutions become more accessible to people with disabilities, including veterans.
During the project implementation, the NAIU team, together with partners and vocational education institutions, worked on developing practical approaches to inclusive learning, increasing the capacity of teaching staff, and creating tools that PTEs can use in their daily work.
At the final event, we will present the key results of this work, developed materials and practical resources, and also hear directly from representatives of vocational education institutions about what changes have occurred in their work and what solutions are already being applied in practice.
In the program:
- welcoming remarks from representatives of GIZ, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, and CBM;
- an overview of key project achievements and results;
- panel discussion with representatives of vocational education institutions - stories of change, practical experience and lessons learned;
- presentation of publications and practical resources developed within the project.
