The National Assembly of People with Disabilities of Ukraine (NAPWD) has launched a survey to collect practical experience of adults with disabilities and their legal representatives in passing the assessment of daily functioning in ECOPFO in 2025-2026.
The purpose of the survey is to collect real-life cases and feedback on how recommendations that are part of an individual rehabilitation program (IRP) are formed in practice, and what problems and solutions arise in this process.
What exactly does NAIU want to find out?
The survey collects information about:
- Involvement of the person (or his/her legal representative) in the development of recommendations that are part of the IRP;
- direct signing of the relevant recommendations;
- the quality, completeness and validity of the measures included in the recommendations;
- positive and negative cases related to the development of such recommendations.
What is it for
The information collected will be used by the NAIU to:
- advocacy for change;
- preparing proposals for improving the legislation;
- improving the practice of drafting recommendations as part of the IDA;
- Strengthening the protection of the rights of people with disabilities in the process of approving, amending and implementing recommendations.
Important
- Participation in the survey is open to voluntary.
- Answers may be provided by anonymously.
