The National Assembly of Persons with Disabilities of Ukraine (NAPD) has reviewed the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "Some Issues of Providing Administrative Services through Administrative Service Centers" proposed by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and agreed to it with a number of comments.
The main comments of the NIAU concern the wording of the names of administrative services that should be available through ASCs. In particular:
- Clause 19 does not take into account certain categories of persons according to the Law of Ukraine "On the Status of War Veterans" - the NAIU calls for the current version of the relevant clause of the current List to be taken into account.
- In paragraph 36, it is proposed to clarify that the service also applies to children with disabilities.
- In paragraph 34, the NIAU proposes to replace the outdated wording about the MSEC with a more correct one - "medical examination".
- The NIAU recommends deleting paragraph 71, as it does not meet the criteria for administrative services.
- Six important items from the current List have not been transferred to the new draft resolution - the NAIU demands clarification or inclusion of these items.
These comments are intended to ensure inclusiveness and full compliance with the law when compiling the list of administrative services required to be provided through ASCs.
More information about the current List is available on the website of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine
