Інклюзивні послуги – взаємодія влади та громадськості. Візит до Іршавської територіальної громади Закарпатської області (Eng)

Цей захід, проведений представниками Національної Асамблеї людей з інвалідністю України (НАІУ) у Іршавській територіальній громаді, є частиною проєкту “Інклюзивні реабілітаційні послуги”, що реалізується за підтримки Проєкту USAID “ГОВЕРЛА”. Основною метою цього проєкту є зміцнення інклюзивності в секторі охорони здоров’я, що включає мобілізацію місцевих організацій осіб з інвалідністю, органів місцевого самоврядування та постачальників медичних послуг.

У рамках заходу було проведено зустріч з представниками органів місцевого самоврядування, закладів охорони здоров’я та громадських об’єднань людей з інвалідністю. На цій зустрічі були презентовані цілі та завдання проєкту, обговорено алгоритми надання медичних та реабілітаційних послуг у територіальних громадах, а також висвітлено проблеми, з якими стикаються вразливі категорії населення при отриманні цих послуг.

Окрім цього, учасники заходу відвідали КНП «Іршавська міська лікарня». Тут вони обговорили питання інклюзивних реабілітаційних послуг з керівництвом та персоналом лікарні. Особлива увага була приділена дослідженню доступності цього закладу охорони здоров’я для осіб з інвалідністю та інших маломобільних груп населення. Також проведено глибинне інтерв’ю з представниками лікарні щодо доступності медичних та реабілітаційних послуг у громаді. Це дозволило учасникам отримати більш детальне розуміння проблем та перешкод, з якими стикаються вразливі категорії населення при отриманні необхідних медичних та реабілітаційних послуг.

Такі інтерв’ю та дослідження є важливим етапом у покращенні якості та доступності охорони здоров’я для всіх груп населення, зокрема для осіб з інвалідністю, і відображають зусилля удосконалення системи медичних та реабілітаційних послуг у місцевих громадах.

Inclusive Services: Interaction between Authorities and the Public. Visit to Irshava Territorial Community in Zakarpattia region

This event, held by representatives of the National Assembly of People with Disabilities of Ukraine (NAPD) in Irshava Territorial Community, is part of the “Inclusive Rehabilitation Services” project, implemented with the support of the USAID “HOVERLA” Project. The main goal of this project is to strengthen inclusiveness in the health sector, including the mobilization of local organizations of people with disabilities, local governments, and healthcare providers.

As part of the event, a meeting was held with representatives of local governments, healthcare facilities, and public associations of people with disabilities. During the meeting, the goals and objectives of the project were presented, the algorithms for delivering medical and rehabilitation services in territorial communities were discussed, and the problems faced by vulnerable populations when receiving such services were highlighted.

In addition, the participants visited Irshava City Hospital, where they discussed the issue of inclusive rehabilitation services with the hospital administration and staff. Particular attention was paid to assessing the accessibility of this healthcare facility for people with disabilities and other groups with low mobility. An in-depth interview was also conducted with hospital representatives regarding the accessibility of medical and rehabilitation services in the community. This allowed the participants to gain a more detailed understanding of the problems and obstacles faced by vulnerable populations in obtaining necessary medical and rehabilitation services.

Such interviews and surveys are an important step in improving the quality and accessibility of health care for all population groups, including people with disabilities, and reflect efforts to enhance the system of medical and rehabilitation services in local communities.
