Інклюзивні послуги – взаємодія влади та громадськості. Презентація проєкту у Ківерцівській громаді Волинської області (Eng)

У середу, 8 травня, у Ківерцівській громаді Волинської області відбулась презентація проєкту «Інклюзивні реабілітаційні послуги», що реалізовується за підтримки Проєкту USAID «ГОВЕРЛА». Зустріч відбулась за участі представників ОМС, закладів охорони здоров’я та громадських об’єднань людей з інвалідністю Ківерцівської громади, а також представників Проєкту USAID «ГОВЕРЛА».

Керівниця проєкту Svitlana Petrusha презентувала цілі та завдання проєкту: «Метою проєкту є посилення інклюзивності в секторі охорони здоров’я та спрямування своєї діяльності на мобілізацію місцевих організацій осіб з інвалідністю, органів місцевого самоврядування та постачальників медичних послуг, – повідомила Світлана Петруша. – В рамках проєкту планується співпраця з представниками органів місцевого самоврядування, місцевих ОГС для підвищення рівня їхньої обізнаності в питаннях інвалідності та інклюзивного прийняття рішень, а також їхнє прагнення необхідних покращень».

Представники НАІУ ознайомили учасників із загальними аспектами надання реабілітаційних послуг; представили Алгоритм проведення дослідження щодо надання медичних та реабілітаційних послуг, а також провели обговорення проблемних питань щодо надання реабілітаційних послуг у територіальній громаді.

In order to assess the role and functions of local governments in the implementation of inclusive medical and rehabilitation services, an in-depth interview was conducted with representatives of local authorities. 

В рамках візиту ознайомились з роботою Ківерцівської центральної районної лікарні Ківерцівської міської ради, де з представниками лікарні обговорили проблемні питання щодо надання інклюзивних реабілітаційних послуг в громаді. Також обговорили питання запровадження надання реабілітаційних послуг на базі лікарні для людей з інвалідністю.

Даний візит сприяє налагодженню діалогу з представниками громади, що в подальшому сприятиме злагодженій роботі всіх сторін над реалізацією завдань проєкту.

Inclusive Services: Enhancing Interaction between Authorities and the Public.

Project presentation for Kivertsi community in Volyn region

On Wednesday the 8^th, the Inclusive Rehabilitation Services project, supported by the USAID “HOVERLA” Project, was presented in Kivertsi community of Volyn region. Representatives of local self-government bodies, healthcare facilities, public organizations of people with disabilities, and the USAID “HOVERLA” Project attended the meeting.

Ms. Svitlana Petrusha, the Project Manager, presented the project’s goals and objectives: “The goal of the project is to enhance inclusivity in the healthcare sector and focus its activities on mobilizing local organizations of people with disabilities, local governments, and healthcare service providers,” said Svitlana Petrusha. “The project plans to collaborate with representatives of local governments and local public organizations to raise their awareness of disability issues and inclusive decision-making, as well as to foster their commitment to necessary improvements.”

The NAPD representatives informed the participants on the general aspects of delivering rehabilitation services, presented the Algorithm for assessing the provision of medical and rehabilitation services, and discussed the challenges related to providing rehabilitation services in the territorial community.

To assess the roles and functions of local governments in implementing inclusive medical and rehabilitation services, an in-depth interview was conducted among representatives of local authorities.

The event included a visit to Kivertsi Central District Hospital of Kivertsi Municipal Council. During the meeting with the hospital staff, the challenges of delivering inclusive rehabilitation services in the community were discussed, along with the aspects related to initiating the delivery of rehabilitation services for people with disabilities in the hospital.

This visit contributes to establishing a dialogue with community representatives, which will further facilitate the coordinated efforts of all stakeholders to achieve the project’s objectives.
