Наші юристи зможуть допомогти у наступних питаннях:

  • порядок оформлення догляду за особою з інвалідністю як на професійній, так і на не професійній основі;
  • оформлення або продовження інвалідності, а також індивідуальної програми реабілітації;
  • порядок виїзду за кордон осіб з інвалідністю та осіб, які їх супроводжують;
  • отримання посвідчення особи з інвалідністю;
  • своєчасність отримання соціальних виплат, пенсій стипендій;
  • порядок отримання ДЗР або компенсацій за їх самостійне придбання;
  • підстави відстрочки та звільнення з військової служби.
  • компенсація коштів за зруйноване житло;
  • відновлення втрачених документів.
