Good International Practices in Inclusive Vocational Education and Training: Lessons from Finland, Germany, the United Kingdom and Slovenia

The analytical report focuses on the development of inclusive vocational education and training in Ukraine and on creating equal opportunities for persons with disabilities, veterans, and other learners with special educational needs.

The publication analyses Ukrainian legislation on vocational education and training, including admission, the organisation of inclusive learning, work placements, individual support, and the transition from learning to employment. The authors identify the main regulatory and systemic gaps and propose priority areas for change.
