Please accept my sincere congratulations on the outstanding national holiday - the Constitution Day of Ukraine.

On this day, we celebrate the beginning of the history of modern independent Ukraine. The adoption of the Constitution enshrined the legal foundations of an independent Ukraine, its sovereignty and territorial integrity, and contributed to the enhancement of Ukraine's international standing on the world stage.

The Constitution defines human life, health, honor and dignity as the most valuable things, and provides every citizen with opportunities for self-organization, freedom of speech and religion. And it is the duty of every Ukrainian to respect the Constitution and abide by its laws. Only in this way can we ensure the further development of Ukraine as a democratic state on equal footing with the international community.

May this holiday bring you joy and success, family comfort and harmony, prosperity and good mood. We wish you all confidence, strength, dignity and awareness of the protection of your rights, all that the Constitution and the high title of a citizen of Ukraine give us!
