NEEDS OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES AND THE ELDERLY: HUMANITARIAN ASSISTANCE AND WINTERIZATION SUPPORT

Research by NAPD about the consumption of people with disabilities, children and young people with disabilities, older people and high school students with disabilities in the period of preparation before winter in the minds of war. The material shows the key gaps in the availability and targeting of assistance, especially in rural and front-line communities, and highlights priority questions: medical care, warm speech and heating, support for children an hour of power and heat outages, as well as information about the withdrawal of assistance.
